Heimdall Power Strengthens Executive Leadership Team
As Heimdall Power accelerates its global growth and advances toward becoming the leading digital grid orchestration platform, we are strengthening our leadership by welcoming new executives and empowering existing leaders to take on expanded roles.
Today, we are excited to welcome three new leaders to our C-suite — an important move that strengthens our ability to meet rising customer demand and scale with excellence as a global organization:
• Anne Vera Skrivarhaug joins Heimdall Power as Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly established role effective 22 September. She brings decades of leadership experience in mission-critical infrastructure and energy policy.
• Christian Martinsen will also join on 22 September as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing deep financial expertise and industry knowledge to support our international growth and strategic ambitions.
• Ann Charlotte Valheim is promoted from Head of Operations to Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), a newly created executive role that recognizes her proven leadership and key contributions in driving excellence in project execution and customer delivery.
At the same time, our current CFO Jan Frode Andersen will step into the newly created role of Executive Advisor to the CEO — a position designed to leverage his deep expertise in finance, strategy, operations, and partnerships to accelerate Heimdall Power’s next phase of global growth.
These changes ensure that Heimdall Power is equipped with the right blend of continuity and new perspectives as we scale globally.
