How to Report a Vulnerability
- Email us at: security@heimdallpower.com
- Please include enough detail to help us reproduce and understand the issue.
- Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before we have had an opportunity to investigate and address it.
What to Expect
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days.
- Our security team will investigate and work to remediate confirmed issues.
- We will keep you informed of progress where appropriate.
- We will not pursue legal action against researchers who report issues responsibly and in good faith.
