Energa-Operator S.A. is a new Heimdall Power customer

We are proud to announce that we have signed an agreement with Polish distribution system operator Energa-Operator S.A. for a Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) project.

Energa-Operator S.A. operates one of Poland’s largest distribution networks, covering almost 25% of the country and serving more than 3 million customers. The Neurons from Heimdall Power have already been installed on transmission lines in a key part of Energa’s grid.

Through the project, Energa-Operator S.A. will use real-time data from its transmission lines to gain greater insight into actual grid conditions and available capacity. The project will demonstrate how Dynamic Line Rating can support more efficient utilization of existing grid infrastructure.

The agreement with Energa-Operator S.A. marks another important step in Heimdall Power’s continued expansion in Central Europe and adds another major European grid operator to the growing number of utilities using Heimdall Power’s technology to increase visibility and unlock additional capacity in their existing grids.
